Homemade carrot cake! Most ingredients are organic. Can be with or without nuts, Any allergies to foods, let me know. No butter used in this cake recipe. I use extra virgin olive oil. You can request with our without homemade cream cheese icing (a bit of lemon, confectioners sugar, vanilla and this icing does contain butter). 9 x 9 inch round cake. Perfect for Thanksgiving, birthdays, Holidays, dinner party, etc.
