Anyone in the greater Charlottesville community can join the Cville TimeBank.
Potential members set up a profile on our member portal, and must attend an orientation prior to having their timebank account activated by coordinators.
Once your account is activated at orientation, you can begin browsing current offers and requests – and post your own!
As soon as you complete orientation, we deposit 5 TimeBank hours in your account, which you can spend on any member services.
This is our own “stimulus” package, and we find that removing the fear of going into debt helps our new members jump right in.
Orientations are done virtually over ZOOM and USUALLY scheduled after you have completed your application on the:
1st Wednesday at 7PM
3rd Saturday at 9 AM
